• New employees must fill out a W-4 form in order to be paid. Please access that form by first reading the information on the employment page, then downloading the form on the application page.
• All new employees under the age of 18 must obtain a work permit. Please find a link to the form and instructions on the application page.
• Please check the CPR schedule and sign up for a class as soon as possible.
• Clothing: If you have not received your clothing order or need to exchange an item, please contact John directly.
